The phlebotomist, Kim and another young woman (whose name I didn’t catch, but she was wearing some dark lipstick) were so friendly and had great team work! I’m not an easy draw, and they even managed to make it a fun experience somehow. Just be aware that if you are a hard stick, the smallest gauge they have available is 23. I hope management knows how these two go above and beyond. Please give these girls a raise, and some 24G butterflies 😂
Quest did an amazing job at helping me get in and getting out and back to my business super quick. They were very professional and extremely efficient. I left with certainty that even though it was fast, it was also done correctly.
Technician great Waiting room very sad. Need to put an actual human in there again to assist the elderly and sick with their 10-step automated check-in. A 100 yr old lady with cancer sat there at least a half hour and nobody helped her til the end of our wait. Very sad.
Check in with App was very convenient! Phlebotomist was excellent!
