Omg. Best phlebotomist I have ever interacted with in my entire long life. Wow. Wow. Wow. Absolutely zero pain. Like zero. None. Quick. No bruising. Wow. The best.
Service was good and not to long of a wait with an appointment. Check in at kiosk when you get there, do not trust the online confirmation on the text link.
3 pm kiosk only, no appointment available. Went to Kingsport, they took care of it. Kingsport also said they didn't know what was going on in Johnson City, that they got a lot of JC customers. Umm, maybe JC is LAZY
