I was taken back right after I checked in and the nurse/technician was very professional and personable. I am a very hard stick and she got a vein on the first try. I appreciated her listening to me!
The woman that took my blood was very quick, professional and did a genuinely good job at keeping the needle still while switching vials. I was in and out very fast and overall positive experience
