Quest is the pits, can't speak to anyone on the phone, not even to ask simple questions. No one at front office to ask questions. Just to ask a question you have to make an appt and set and wait,and wait, and wait!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Quest IF you have any other choice!! Unfortunately I didn't have a choice!!!

I was seen right away, even though I was early for my appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
I walked up to the door about 3 minutes before my 8 a.m. appointment, and it was still closed. I waited outside until the door was open at 8:01. It seems like there is maybe only one individual working throughout the entire clinic. The phlebotomist was very personable and kind! I was finished by 8:17. Overall, an okay experience.
