This location is just okay. From security not knowing how to help when kiosk is messing up. To security disappearing in back not securing anything, mixed with long waits. You have phlebotomist who don't seem to understand they have mask on, so you have to speak up. Then there's me getting blood work today and she was not a good phlebotomist. You have to know how to stick patients and my arm is still hurting me. So only come here if have no other choice
I did have a appointment at 12:40 and I was there 10 min before and they said that I was not there and trying to make me look like I’m the crazy. they are lazy and liars.
Staff at this place are horrible they don’t want to work, or do anything that would make them have to DO THERE ACTUALLY JOB ! It’s no point in scheduling after 3pm. They don’t answer the phone or want to take anyone after that time. They close at 3:30pm. I don’t understand why they even allowing anyone to book around that time if they are closing. Horrible experience !
