Love going to Quest. Its so easy to get blood work done and the staff are always so nice and caring.
The phlebotomists were both great. Helpful, caring, they walked my wife and i through every single step of the procure. The only drawback is that you have to pay for parking
I don't even know where to start to describe what a poor experience this lab provided. For starters they close at 3:30. When I walked in there were two people in the waiting room waiting on standby to have their lab work done. One of the people said they had been waiting over an hour and then was told at 3:15 that they weren't going to be served since they were closing at 3:30. I don't even know where to start to describe what a poor experience this lab provided. For starters they close at 3:30. When I walked in at 3:15 by the time I finished with their digital sign in process it was 3:17 and I received a notification that I was passed my grace period and could not be accommodated. I managed to flag down one of the staff who was walking down the hall and explained I was there for a drop off she said to wait a minute she'd get back to me. I had a very frustrating experience during my visit. I arrived early, hoping to get everything sorted out smoothly, but despite that, they ended up taking a walk-in who arrived 30 minutes after me. I only had 15 minutes until my scheduled appointment, and the walk-in had only been waiting for 10 minutes. If I had been a walk-in, would I have been seen sooner?
