Quest insist on making online appts however their website rarely works. I was given a tb test order two weeks ago and for two weeks have gotten error messages when trying to make an appt. so I came to the one lab that opens early, you know cause most people have jobs. I showed up 30 min early to wait in the line in the hallway. 7 am I go in and check in where I’m met with another 30 min wait.
