The Morgan Hill service center is over subscribed. Every time I’ve been in they have turned away walk-ins. I showed up early and had to wait until 10 minutes past my appt time. This location is great but needs more capacity

Made an appointment, get here and checked in on time. Lobby is completely packed and people outside. Even having an appointment does not get you in and out at your scheduled appointment time. Completely unacceptable. Dont come unless you can sit around and wait for a very extended period of time.

I live in Florida, and had to get some blood work here while in town. Brittany was so kind both times I had to come in. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She had me in and out! ☺️

I had my blood drawn here, and it turned into a terrible experience. Right after the blood draw, I developed severe bruising, and over the next few days I was in extreme pain. I couldn’t fully straighten my arm, lifting even light objects was painful, and it affected my daily activities. The pain was so bad that I had to see a doctor, who ordered an ultrasound to make sure there wasn’t a deeper injury. I understand that bruising can happen, but this felt far beyond what I expected from a routine blood draw.
