My aged father needed a blood test. Scheduled an appointment a month ahead. We arrived early and waited an hour and half. His wheelchair was only able to work in one of the rooms, very narrow doorways. After we go into the room and waited for them to get the blood order etc for 15 minutes, they announced they did not have needles to take his blood.
