I live in Florida, and had to get some blood work here while in town. Brittany was so kind both times I had to come in. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She had me in and out! ☺️
I had my blood drawn here, and it turned into a terrible experience. Right after the blood draw, I developed severe bruising, and over the next few days I was in extreme pain. I couldn’t fully straighten my arm, lifting even light objects was painful, and it affected my daily activities. The pain was so bad that I had to see a doctor, who ordered an ultrasound to make sure there wasn’t a deeper injury. I understand that bruising can happen, but this felt far beyond what I expected from a routine blood draw.
I have never been disappointed in my visits to this Quest location in Morgan Hill! The staff are all extremely friendly yet professional.
I am grateful for the staff at this Quest. They are professional kind, patient, and helpful. They work so hard here---busy yet always have a smile and a warm welcome.
