Cheryl was amazing. It was a pleasure speaking with her during my appointment. Did not even realize she was taking my blood. She made me feel comfortable. She was one of those people that make your day and you wish that all experiences could be pleasant.
Miss Cheryl was very helpful and did a perfect blood draw from my 4yo! He didn't even flinch!

She was so kind, patient, and professional, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Blood draws can sometimes be stressful, but Cheryl’s warmth and care made all the difference. She deserves 10 stars for her excellent service—I’m so grateful!
I always have a good experience here. But I have to post this review because this speaks volumes: I walked in today and the waiting room was full. Now, normally at a lab, a full waiting room is almost like purgatory. BUT NOT HERE. Everyone in that room was RAVING about what a great place it was, how much they love seeing Chris and Shaun (sp?) and that they all refused to go anywhere else. HOW COOL IS THAT. And it's true! Great people here.
The appointment was very timely and the staff very professional. Chris is excellent and helped ease my anxiety as well.
