I love the service here and they have great nice sweet gentle employees.
Horrible customer service care. Ive been -“at the rochester location 3 times and there is a Older gentleman Grey hair, African-American, who has the worst of the worst customer service added that I have ever seen in my life. THE WORST PART IS THAT I AM A QUEST EMPLOYEE AND IF I’M BEING TREATED LIKE THIS AS AN EMPLOYEE, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THE PATIENTS ARE BEING TREATED. Ms. Cheryl was my technician for my blood draw today. She was wonderful. So friendly and kind! It made my experience smooth and effortless. The appointment/check-in was easy and on time. In and out within 15 minutes.
Ms Cheryl is the best! I had such a great experience at this location and would recommend 10 times over! Very attentive, helpful and caring. She treated me like family and I’m so grateful for her. Thank you again!!
Cheryl was incredible and really went above and beyond during our visit. I had to get a significant amount of blood drawn. During the experience I felt faint and she stayed calm and immediately helped me to keep from actually fainting. She never made me feel rushed or anxious about the experience and was overall very compassionate. Thanks, Cheryl!
