Chris was just great and I won’t go to anyone else. But I am surprised with the size of the waiting room and the number of people waiting at one time. Also when I entered the building there was a very strong smell of human urine.
I don't recommend coming here if you have anxiety. They are very understaffed and the employee was bothered by my request to take a moment to calm myself. I understand that there were people waiting but I only needed about 30 seconds to calm myself and look away. The employee was comfortable taking more than 30 seconds to talk to another staff member in the middle of my appointment.

During a previous visit to another Quest location in Troy, my 4-year-old son had a very traumatic experience when his bloodwork was messed up & didn’t go through. That time were forced to hold him down, which was distressing for both him and us. The worker was not trained well especially being kids friendly. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to try this new location.
