During a previous visit to another Quest location in Troy, my 4-year-old son had a very traumatic experience when his bloodwork was messed up & didn’t go through. That time were forced to hold him down, which was distressing for both him and us. The worker was not trained well especially being kids friendly. I've been going to this location for years now. I have always had an excellent experience! They are friendly, always professional, and great at what they do!
My phlebotomist was professional and quick and the blood draw was relatively painless both physically and in terms of wait time.
Chris is an absolute pro. The very best.
I had a lot, I mean a LOT of blood testing to do. The techs at the Rochester Barclay Circle location were great. They broke it up so I wouldn't have to give too much blood at one time. No errors or mistakes, and they were ready for me every time I came in and they remembered who I was.
