I signed in. I was called back in a short amount of time. Sharina Ali was pleasant, professional, nd exceptionlly proficient at her job. She listened to my concerns about her getting my blood. I have thin, rubbery veins. She was gentle and so good at sliding in the needle. She explained about the different vials of blood the Dr had ordered. I hope you let her know how positive my experience with her was.
The lab technician would benefit from additional customer service training and should be more courteous to patients, especially new patients who are unfamiliar with the procedure.
