Checked in on the kiosk. Waited less than 10min. Guy was friendly and polite. Got a great vibe from him! He was profesh and it didn't hurt when he inserted the needle. Overall a fast visit, i would def come back!
The front reception is such a joke, no customer service or any type of courtesy to patients. If a pt has a concern and you don’t know how to be symphatetic at least find another job. You do not belong to health care at all.
My phelboptomist was Sharine Ali. She was EXCELLENT. I have thin, rubbery veins. I told her....she thanked me for telling me. She was sooo gentle. Barely felt the needle at all. No pain. She was pleasant, professional, helpful, effecient, Such a great employee. She is an asset to your organization.
