I cannot believe how unprofessional the woman on the phone was. I will NEVER go there for care, she was incredibly rude.
FRAUD. I never went to that place, nor had I heard of Questcare Medical Svcs. Now I have a very negative report in my credit report, they sent a fraudulent Bill to collections for $1500. I don't know if it's supplantation but what is certain is that it's A SCAM.
Sending me a scam bill.
Billing is still an issue here. Almost 8 months after my child was born, I am still receiving piecemealed billings.
