Excellent customer service in the vehicle was exactly what I needed.
Making a reservation online was a breeze! With the chaos of needing a car, I had to change the pick up time to earlier and they were very accommodating and friendly. When I called again to say I'd be there much later than expected, they were very friendly and assured my the car would still be available. I arrived at their lunch time and it only took a couple minutes for them to get at the desk. The process of getting the keys was much more efficient than my experience at other rentals. They helped us out FAST when car trouble had us almost cancel a birthday trip I had been planning for months. We called them up got back on the road (within a few minutes of arriving at Quest) in a sweet 2024 electric blue sedan that was a joy to drive around New Mexico. There is a charge for milage over 200 mi/day which is very easy to rack up in the expansive south west. We were informed and knew it was a possibility that couldn't be helped with our itinerary.
