Why is your "Lifestyle Manager" sexually harassing me on Facebook WHILE identifying as your employee and representing your organization? I do not know her, she is certainly not my Facebook friend and she is posting screenshots of an old Facebook profile picture of mine and referring to it as a "Tinder profile". That is sexual harassment and it reflect poorly on YOUR organization. Please speak with your employees about their online behavior while representing you.

Our mother was a recent guest in the skilled nursing. Dignity is the keyword I would use for the staff. She was respected and treated with dignity during her stay. We have had many experiences with other facilities but this is the only one we felt truly safe leaving her here. They actually made us feel they cared. If you have had experience with other “care” facilities you know how rare this is. Thank you for helping our mother recover.

This is the ritz Carlton of nursing homes. I take pride in being a querencia team member. I wouldn't mind retiring here myself someday
