Had no problem with Dr. Phung. It was his staff and just the way they don't seem to care. After seeing Dr. Phung and agreeing on a treatment plan 6 to 8 weeks ago nothing has happened. I have called their office many, many times with no response. They claim my insurance is holding up the procedure when I do get to talk with someone. But they will not give me info to give to the insurance or call the insurance back. I would not recommend going here!
Dr PHUNG IS A Great doc. It's the staff that's an issue. Unless you loose your composure to get info, you never get anykind of feed back from the office.
