NOT IMPRESSED: I needed PET/CT scans with iodine contrast, Wednesday 5 June 24. The online booking procedure worked well. I did this on the weekend and spoke to a very helpful and polite 'booking officer' on the Monday. Regrettably I don't remember her name. So everything was locked in. I vaguely remember being told that supporting documents would be sent to me via email. Then I received this erroneous text message that invited me to download a letter. Friendly staff, short wait time,kind & understanding radiologist
Absolutely Amazing facility.. Iv been coming here for 30 years and would never go anywhere else. All the staff in the practice are so professional and caring people.. They always go out of their way to help me with anything needed. Outstanding service by everyone there... Especially all the reception staff.. Thank you for many years of fantastic service for me and all my family.. I highly recommend Qld Exray at Upper Mt Gravatt..
