Long waits, completely unprepared even with a comprehensive referral provided, absolutely no follow up or patient care. We have called many times asking for the next step with no response. Unfortunately there is no accountability from Dr. Chacko as a health care provider.
I write this at midnight, truly grateful for having found someone who treats my son for his asthma, despite being “too young” to be Asthmatic (his 3). I am particularly grateful at this moment as 95% of the time he is very now very well managed thanks to Dr Chacko, but as with most asthmatics there comes a time where they aren’t. Thanks to being taken seriously I have the plans and the medications at home to hopefully save myself the midnight 000 phone call like I have tonight. Thank you 🙏
