Please stay away from this facility. I did not want to post this review but a year is almost approaching from my last annual check up visit, and yet I am still dealing with such incompetent company. They (overall the company and the people within this facility's location) are terrible at updating their members. 1. I was asked by the doctor (during fall) if I'm encountering any issues and I simply answered allergies - got billed $200+ because they consider this as "complaint". (ok fine, paid it). 2. This for the 73rd Ave location - Stayyyy Awayyyyyyyyy from this place. While the doctor is good, their staff is extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating! We were denied getting a shot because we were 15 minutes late to a shot appointment - the staff didn't care that we were stuck in traffic for over 40 minutes. While on a previous occasion when we were on time for an appointment, we were made to wait for over an hour for our appointment. Save yourself time and energy!
