No real care plan for pain management and trying to get a call back from the doctor is impossible. They ignore you and dont actually care about the pain youre in. I was told the one thing that helps is going to be taken away and to just smoke Marijuana for severe 8/10 pain. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere that actually cares and responds to the patient

Failed to treat pain and incorrect documentation. Needs to go back to school to see how things work in the medical community in 2025, not mom and pop anymore

I had referral for queens pain and spine for a long time, I was told they call me, months go by nothing happened. I stopped by today at 4:40 to scadule appointment in person, there were three people behind the desk, two on computer and one standing. I was told everyone already gone home and no one can scadule me! It was not five yet. I was told they work in different department (physical therapy) and the reason one of the girls was using their computer (outpatient pain and spine), is because it was empty.
