I have never gotten my nails done before so I had no experience or know what to expect.Kevin was my nail tech, and when I was recommended Holly or Nancy and I don’t know happened but I was told Kevin was going to do my nails. I asked for the photo below but almond shape I asked if he could do it and he said yes and this is what I got. Those cut marks weren’t there before and there was no scissors involved. He cut me multiple times with the Dremel drill and the emery board. I don’t know if that normal but my hands really hurt... read more

I used to love going to Queen’s Nails and had been a loyal client, but after taking a break for a few months due to a broken toe, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The price for the same basic pedicure I always get jumped $15 with no explanation or noticeable difference in service. On top of that, the technician I normally see treated me coldly and with an attitude, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I have noticed a few times that the amount increases drastically when it’s time to pay. Also this is the second time the guy did my nails and each time they get messed up shortly after.
