Best short nails ever done and the salon was not full. OPEN PKLOT IN FRONT: corner slots machine parking fee. Temp will parking in unusable area. VERY ATTENTATIVE AND OVERLY PATIENCE. 7/2026 Queens Nail has new "Hotel Patio" Salon look as you coming in/out from for a last minute overall bueaty makeup and consultation. Hopefully for many years !!!

I want to share my experience from this week. My usual salon was closed on Sunday, so I stopped by this place. I regret going because it didn't look very clean. I asked for gel on my nails in a natural pink color. I waited for the color, and they told me that was the natural color (just clear gel). So why did they give me the color book to choose from if they were just going to put on whatever they picked? On Wednesday, the gel chipped off one of my nails, and I went to get it fixed. I did not appreciate the fact that there was a tiny bit of residual polish from before left on my nails. I did not appreciate being asked to pay first when I didn't see others being charged till afterwards. That made me really not want to tip in cash at the end but I did. They weren't very good at communicating because I told them that I just wanted normal polish and then they tried to bring me gel anyway. The job was okay. They could have been a bit friendlier.
