Rating: 1 Star Subject: EXTREMELY unprofessional care and concerning behavior I’d like to preface what I’m about to say by mentioning that I have fatal and severe allergies and have been through this many times before. I carry an epi-pen and I’m quite knowledgeable about the protocols and treatment of an allergic reaction. Receptionist very nice. Got called I got the back rather quickly, but have been sitting in room for over a hour. Nurse (Ashley) was very going over meds etc, nice she checked in on me couple times. Dr. Nguyen I believe her name was. Did not really listen or address my concerns or pain. Not sure what has happened to island urgent care. Not what used to be.
Horrible. Avoid if at all possible. Dr. Paid no attention and ignored symptoms and had to be ask to do very basic bloodwork and tests for symptoms. You have to advocate for yourself and not allow them to ignore or disregard symptoms.
Can’t get a hold of them
I would not recommend this urgent care. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was very disappointing.
