Can’t get a hold of them
I would not recommend this urgent care. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was very disappointing.
I'd honestly give it a zero. We walked in, took 3 hours just for nothing. Absolutely no treatment. I had a very bad sharp pain on my thigh because of an infected abcess. Which i needed to be drained because I'm a very active student athlete. The doctor just grabbed the very painful abcess violently. Then concluded in drawing a black marker around it. Not once did they even bother in asking if it hurt or not, or my personal experience with the pain. Then she tried to give me antibiotics which I have had a very bad experience ... read more
This was my third time coming in staff is very un knowledgeable and so frustrating to go in for anything. I would recommend any other urgent care than this one.
I arrived at the clinic at about 6:15 pm on a weekday, seeking care for a skin problem. There were two people in line ahead of me. I was able to check in about 10 minutes after arriving and was seen by Dr. Sar about 15 minutes after that. He was friendly, attentive and professional. After reviewing my history and symptoms and doing some additional checks he very quickly reached a diagnosis and prescribed an appropriate prescription ointment.
