I would give zero stars if I could. This place has horrible customer service! I will never come here again. I took my daughter in because she had a cold. They put me in a room (in the back) and basically forgot about us. We waited over two hours. There was only one patient in the waiting room when we arrived. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they finally came in to get my paperwork. Another 30 minutes later they told me I forgot to sign something. I asked how much longer we would be waiting. They list travel testing on their website as a service they provide. But they don't actually do travel testing. BEWARE They ARE NOT a Hawaii trusted travel partner!

Doctors of Hawaii Kai UC missed my daughter pneumonia 2 years ago. I bring my daughter twice to same location and 2 different doctors missed her pneumonia not even listen much her lungs. On third time I take her to UC Kahala location and doctor listened her lungs and did X-ray then diagnosed her with pneumonia. So takes 3 visits and 3 doctors to get correct diagnose? Hm

Dr Gomez is the most unempathetic and slow physician I have ever seen. I waited for 2 hours after telling then I have a flight I have to leave for soon for my Medical school entrance exam. I was next and still another patient was taken before me. Even now I have been sitting for her to simply print out my perscrption. I am appauled and very disappointed with the lack of hustle, lack of concern, or compassion. Do not come here.
