I was feeling pretty bad with either the flu or Covid or a bad cold. I really didn’t have the energy to go to Urgent care, but felt I needed to. You know I read the reviews on this place and truly thought, “Oh No!”. I got there, was pleasantly greeted by reception, waited about 5 minutes before I was called back and treated very kindly by a physician assistant, named Viv, I think. I am here on vacation. Relatively quick wait time and great staff. Straightforward talk with the doctor about my condition and what prescriptions I needed. They organized it for me at Safeway no issues. Highly recommended
What’s the point in being open until 8 if they turn you away at 715? This is twice now they’ve told me to leave because the “doctor said” no more patients. I know it’s Friday night but cmon.
The doctors here were out sick. The X-Ray machine was broken. Thanks to receptionist referred me to All Access Ortho on Beretania Street.
