I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a wig around 8 and returned the next day. Because I was in rush and didn't inspect the item. The item was still fully packed and unused. Unfortunately, no one explained the store’s refund or exchange policy at the time of purchase. It was a good experience, staff was friendly. One of the hair sprays didn’t work, I’ll take it back tomorrow and see if I can get a working one.
Something’s not right here or with my receipt. Yah charging people more than the items they grab. I won’t be coming back. Can’t support every business with your own people is crazy.
