The experience really depends on who you get. I had a couple styles I liked from here, but my most recent stylist came late, was too rough, rushed the style & it didn't end up looking like the picture 🥲definitely not returning.

The lady who owns this shop is very unprofessional. I was in the salon myself and there was 1 other client in there with me. I witnessed sandra ( otherwise known as edith) spit in somebodies hair while in an argument. She kept doing this and repeated this until the lady had to leave. There is also a cockroach infestation. They're on the walls, on the floor, on the tables where the hair utensils are kept and all around the salon seats. I don’t feel comfortable doing my hair here AT ALL!

She cut and ruined my daughter’s hair!!!!!! Lola was the braider that did my daughter service. She was almost 2 hours late starting my daughter hair. I asked for medium twist, and before I knew she had rows of small twist in her hair. It was a nice gesture, but it’s not what I asked for, and I was there with my 9 year old until midnight.
