In my opinion, I find it unethical for a real estate representative to not disclose to a potential tenant that they must meet certain requirements or their application will be automatically denied. I could've saved $30 in fees. These developers are buying us out of our neighborhoods and won't even rent to us . Be forewarned. Gentrification at its worst.
