After going there for almost 3 years one of the operators wanted to charge me five dollars to take Gel powder off my nails and I said the girl never explain that to me when she put it on. I was under the impression the way she explained it could’ve been refilled. She laughed and said it’s ok I’ll only charge you $3. I told her if she charges me I’ll never come back. Lately they have been doing a crappy job anyway!!
Rushed, doesn’t even look like a got a refill
crappy service, they rush you, cutt you , and on top of that wont even finish your nails properly, but they are more than quick to tell you when you need to pay more or extra. over all wont come back, over price and crappy rushed service.

Manicure was rushed. Polish bubbled before I even left. Nails were crooked.
Girl who did pedicure rushed thru it hardly had a massage and looked like my 6 year old painted my nails. Got a refil and she did not even paint the whole nail very sloppy and rushed started to do my nails as I was getting a pedicure was not relaxed at all my one nail got snugged they seem to fix it and once I got home it looked exactly the same terrible will never go back
