I've gone here a few times in the past and they were ok. They happened to be the only salon open on the holiday so I tried them again. My technician was Jessica. She cut my toenails way too short to the point they were hurting. She cut my skin and the mail polish work was sloppy. She missed corners and had polish all over my skin. Her designs were also sloppy. She did my eyebrows and spilled wax on my cheeks and didn't actually do much to the eyebrows themselves. most techs are an experienced and the owners try to nickle and dime you. Cut nails during a manicure will cost extra $2 or $3. change shape same. came in for a refill and wanted to use regular polish instead of gel thus time, so they want to charge $3 to ' take off gel". I could deal with sub par service ,since girls are always pleasant, but I'm not dealing with that and feeling that you're just getting taken advantage of. Thankfully, tons of other places around. It was really sloppy work, they had polish all over my skin and drips over all my nails. Plus they were supposed to be almond shaped and they were HORRIBLE. I had to rip them off because it was chipping off my fingers since it was all over my skin.
Have been going to Queen Spa since it opened. Was very happy in the beginning. Lately, not so much. My fiancé and I went today to get pedicures and me nails refilled, him manicure. My pedicure lasted maybe ten minutes and the bottom of my feet are rough. She did nothing to remove dry skin. While the second girl was finishing my nail refill I overheard the girl that did my fiancé’s pedicure make a not very nice remark to the girl that did my pedicure. Horrible experience walked out after they left my feet in water and my daughter waiting in a chair as they took on new clients. Left a gift certificate on desk walked out reassuring them I woukd never be back
