Well considering I was transfered here via helicopter to the ICU from my small local hospital in critical condition and in both instances they saved my life I would say they are doing a pretty damn good job. The second stay was 5 weeks in length, I was exposed to many different facets of the facility from the ICU, to the cardiac unit, to physical and occupational therapy, and last but certainly not least the operating and procedure rooms and all were compassionate and professional.
Took my son to ER yesterday, typical wait time for emergency visit... Saw Dr. Mottalei and he was so kind. Made my sons anxiety ease a bit. Great Dr, thank you so much!!!
Recouping after surgery this morning and feeling blessed! I want to thank Kimberly Morales (works for the Queen) for coming on and being apart of my surgical team after I asked all the nurses to find her for me, lol!! (hope I didn't take you off of someone else's case). Seeing a friend before I was put under made it a lot easier. Eye surgery with Dr. Silkiss and team yesterday. From check-in, prep, operating room and recovery - perfect. Polite, friendly, caring and competent. I give high marks to the Queen.
Great thanks to all the care givers who live the Vampire life, so that others may benefit!
Nurses (joy, Christina and ....shoot I forgot) were patient, skilled and compassionate. Dr (Maslik?) anesthesiologist in surgery is wonderful and gives individual love to each patient with so much patience. I had such an amazing experience for my back surgery and felt that I was with skilled physicians and nurses and in the best of care. Thank you so much what an amazing healthcare experience
