Acted fast with a loved one that hit a tree and was banged up real bad. So thankful for the Queen!
They aiiight. They can b assholes. You usually gotta wait forever for anything in the ER... Rest of the place is great.
I have never had a longer wait time at a hospital. Staff at er admitting desk was rude provided misinformation and was unsympathetic. Complaining of patients with fellow coworkers where they could be easily overheard was the worst though. Unprofessional to the extreme. I would never advise someone needing prompt attention to go here. I won't be visiting again. Worst healthcare I've received.

I had surgery yesturday here. Fantastic team work doing the surgery. Great nurses before and after. They know their jobs ! Thank you Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Here we go, my first ever negative online review of any kind, so you know I am truly frustrated. I recently had a fairly minor procedure done at Queen of the Valley Medical Center and it cost $7,000 before insurance. I was anxious for the results (all is fine now) so just took the appointment, Only to find out later that at another facility in Sonoma County it would have been about $2,000 before insurance for the exact same thing all said and done.
