I’m not sure what happened with their customer service but they are horrible. Went in for a fill in, Mike puts a totally different color acrylic than what was already there. This problem caused me to have to get my nails painted a dark color, which I didn’t want. He also filed one of my nails down to a smaller size than the others and didn’t take accountability when I brought it to his attention.
