I had my nails done there and by the second week the polish peeled off 2 and was starting to wear on2 other nails . Today I went there looking for repairs , the technician Eva did a great job redoing the complete service , I was required to pay for the work , to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement, I certainly feel I was entitled to some kind of a discount. This will be my last visit to your location Marion
They were very unprofessional. I had an appointment for 10 AM and they told me at 10:20 AM that it’s just gonna take five more minutes and then eventually they gave me a space at 10:50 AM and then I told them that now if we start I will get late for work. After that her response was, sorry there are no appointments available and asked me to come when i cannot. I was very unhappy with this experience. Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked for 5:30 PM and arrived on time, only to be completely ignored. I waited for over 30 minutes with no update or communication. Eventually, a staff member told me they couldn't accommodate me that day and asked me to return the next day — with nothing more than a casual "sorry." This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place based on my experience

Went for a pedicure without colour (just cleaning and scrub) and on the website and in their store it says 45 minutes, but it only lasted 29 minutes, and was very poorly done, left with just scuffed toes, and unwashed soap and scrub on my legs. I tipped out of pity, but I shouldn’t have because the service was very unprofessional. I see why there was only 1 other person there the whole time. Save your money and go elsewhere!
