I had a horrible experience there. I went to get my eyebrows done. I waited patiently until the lady was finished with other girls nails when she called me I went to the room with her and she before I finish sitting down she was already blowing on the wax before looking at my eyebrows. she rushed and did them. They are pretty bad it looks like a sloppy clean up job. then she walked out the room and turned off the light while I still sitting there examining my eyebrows horrible horrible horrible customer service. Seemed like a good place the first few times until I got my upper lip and eyebrows waxed 2 days before my engagement photos. The woman applied the wax so thick on my face that it left huge burn marks on me and I looked like a freak leaving the salon. To make matters worse, she took my money and kept reassuring me that my face would not be affected.. her exact words were "don't go anywhere and just apply vaseline"... and this was a friday as i was preparing for the weekend!
