Yes, you'll be there awhile. I've been there 4 hours before for pretty basic nails. But they're good. They accommodate as many walk-ins as possible and don't rush through services. My nails always last a full 4 weeks with no chipping, lifting or any other issues.
Horrible customer service
They're nice people but the quality ive received from them on multiple occasions is subpar. I was there 4 hours last time & 3 hours the time before that just to not like my nails. I won't be back.
