Quality standards have dropped gradually over the years. Bedbugs, Roaches and Paroah ants are often present. The building needs at minimum several bug inspections per year but usually just get one. Local staff are alright though overworked, Move in at own risk.
Staff are friendly but the apartment as a whole is dirty and always has infestation issues. The hot water is always off and the head office is non responsive when it comes to real issues. Edit: after 5 years of not living in the dump I still have people buzzing me through the intercom. I have called and sent emails several times with no response. What a joke of a company.
building staff is not helpful. whenever i went for help there answer is always negative or not helpful anyway.
