Full of bed bugs. Building has dramatically gone down hill, it seems every other tenant is dealing with a bug issue.

my mothers apt (83 years old ) has been 16 Celsius for the 2nd winter now... there is no help.. we are now forced to take legal action. Bylaw has been contacted as well as the local news station... This building is a disgrace!!!
I moved out of the building amost 2 years ago, after more than a decade living there. It used to be a clean, well maintained building, with great amenities available, but everything went so downhill. The staff are overworked and undersupported by the higher ups. The pool was closed more often than not in the years after lockdown, there are a few sketchy tenants that vandalize & steal packages from the mail room, there are relentless water shut offs & midnight fire alarms, and the building is INFESTED WITH BUGS.
