I moved out of the building amost 2 years ago, after more than a decade living there. It used to be a clean, well maintained building, with great amenities available, but everything went so downhill. The staff are overworked and undersupported by the higher ups. The pool was closed more often than not in the years after lockdown, there are a few sketchy tenants that vandalize & steal packages from the mail room, there are relentless water shut offs & midnight fire alarms, and the building is INFESTED WITH BUGS. Nice apartment
Terrible management and terrible place to live. Lifts doesn’t work. Laundry room will be closed in the name of maintenance for almost a month. Never recommend this place to anyone.
Full of bugs. Roaches, ants, bedbugs. Management does a lousy job. Elevator has been broken for months (has happened before) now they are trying to raise everyone’s rent by 5.5 percent bc of “maintenance “ the pool frequently gets shut down. Way too many students in the building now. People who don’t live here get into the building and parking garages. This building is no longer what it used to be. And the bugs never ever go away.
This building is infested with Cockroaches and bedbugs, stay away!!
