Professional, friendly and without a doubt the nicest staff in the world.
Excellent first visit, the X-rays were explained in detail and the hygienist provided a "play by play" of exactly what he was doing and why.
Whether calling or in office, the staff are very professional and friendly. They will explain the procedure and take time to answer questions. Dr Mullenaux does not make you feel pressured or uncomfortable when needing to decline a treatment for whatever reason.
