Everyone was friendly, kind, and informative. They explained every step of my visit to me and asked if I was comfortable probably six times throughout the cleaning. I appreciate their empathy and considerate patient care.

The purpose of this appointment was to check on the implant that was done previously, and to take impressions for the crown that will complete the process. I had been terrified of having an implant because of painful experiences of friends. This was much easier than expected and I have been informed all through the process. Even the "pain" of paying for the implant was eased by knowledgeable front office staff who helped with payment options.
