Computer Repair Expert – I had a busted laptop that would not get on my wireless. Matt fixed it in under 20 minutes and charged me a heavily discounted rate! I've called him twice since directly on his cell phone for minor issues which he has answered for free. Nice guy and a great service!
Great Computer Repair – I now have a computer guy! His name is Matt Karls, owner of Karls Technology / Queen Creek Computer Repair Service. He was very friendly on the phone and guaranteed his work before he came out. He really knows his stuff, he worked on two systems (pretty much simultaneously) while talking to me about software and various computer questions. His rates are very affordable and I now know who to call if I have any questions or problems in the future.
High Quality – Great service quality and the owner is very knowledgable. He came out this morning and was able to get my dead server back up all inside of the budget I told him I could afford. He is very nice and I will be referring him to my associates.
