Had my service van worked on back in June and it started to make the same noise again that it made when I took it in the first time. Lanny Zeunges looked up the invoice and said that it was still under warranty, he ordered the part it needed. He had Dan work on it, the same tech that work on it the first time. Dan is a really great automotive tech, he replaced the defective part in no time flat and Dan and Lanny had me out the door the same day that it was scheduled to be worked on! I just purchased a Ford Escape from Queen City. The process was so smooth and Matt did a great job with breaking down the numbers, the car, and was over all a pleasure to deal with. There was no pushing to purchase and he allowed the car to sell itself.
