My co-worker and I went in around 1 pm on Tuesday Jan 12 2016. We got in there and stood for 10 minutes in line while a guy repeatedly reminded them of his order. The line didn't move an inch in this time. We were basically ignored no one acknowledge our being there while they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. While we were waiting we looked to see how they changed up the place. It looked like they were trying to Ritz it up and the new prices reflect that.

I am really sorry for your bad experience yesterday. I try to make a point to acknowledge every customer that I come in contact with, so I do apologize for that. We have some new staff and are working with a new computer system as well. We kept most of the prices the same and actually added more meat to our sandwiches---We hope that you will give us another try :)
Stop there every time we go through Cumberland. Fantastic !!!
