I'm highly disappointed and upset because I chose this place to get both my Goddaughters hair done but one of them it took a long time to get done when both started around about the same time. The braider had gotten product in her eye. So I went in for the 3rd time to get the same style. First 2 times I’ve come to this shop and the owner braided my hair. This time one of the other ladies did. Now off bat she was rude. I would tell her what style I wanted and exactly how I like my hair. She seemed disinterested and this of course rubbed me the wrong way bc you’re about to do my hair! I'm very disappointed with the service that was done here. I called ahead of time to make an appointment for my mother because I wanted to treat her and make her look fabulous. With the 4.8 rating I was expecting some professionalism but instead all we received was disrespect. We had an appointment set for 2 and as soon as we arrive they keep my mom waiting for an hour before anyone comes to touch her hair, no greeting no introduction, NOTHING.
