We purchased a 2015 GMC Canyon from this dealership in November of 2021. We live out of state so a lot of communication was done via phone and email. Do NOT go here. Managers dismiss you and are rude to you even when your safety was at stake for their mistake. I bought a car from sales rep JJ Julio Morais and a week later I told called him to tell him I do not want the vehicle as it feels unsafe (within my 15 day time frame) they asked to have the vehicle checked and of course things were wrong with it, they then insisted on servicing the issue stating it was their fault something they overlooked and when I picked it up after they “fixed “ it I was given it back with a pa... read more
First off Kristin was great, was the best person there. I was selling my car. Cisco Gonzalez was okay neither here or there. A guy name Joshua Hoenshell was just unfriendly. Tina Barnes answered my mails not my texts. Had to go to another building to get the check, said OK. Talking to the finance guy and he said I had to come back the next day to pick up the check because the owner had to sign the check. RecommendedI appreciate their high quality fair priced no haggling over vehicles. The stress is taken out of the purchase and the buyer can then focus on the fine details pertinent to the best overall needs of the vehicle ownership after the sale. Ie, care and maintenance, warranty agreements, vehicle accessories, etc.

honesty bought used car within first two weeks ac issues they said they fixed it (kept car for almost a week with being only vehicle)and had new ac noise within 2 days . has oil leaks on engine that is probably part of the quebedeaux inspection if the customer can't see it doesn't have it . talk about regret of this purchase. don't get me wrong chevy is great it's the crooked dealer that gives vehicles like this poor review.
Salesman Rico listened to my interests and got me the perfect car. Service dept went above and beyond to prepare my car for delivery.
