I have complete confidence with Dr. Quartetti and the staff at FVO!
I had to have cataract surgery. Dr. Quarter was extremely helpful in explaining the entire procedure and put me very at ease. I would highly recommend him.
I have been seen Dr. Quartetti over 20 years and I have been always pleased with his care and patience in answering any questions I have.
At my last visit I was a bit anxious about my recent diagnosis of Glaucoma and uncertain about the drops I was taking and just plain nervous about the whole thing! Dr. Quartetti spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions and by the time I left I felt relieved and confident that I was in the best hands and that he would see me through this and do all that was possible to save my sight.
Friendly, helpful, professional. Explained everything in great detail and helped make well-informed decisions on whether to proceed with cataract surgery. Took the time to answer all questions. Helped set up urgent appt. Staff also friendly, helpful, professional. Actual surgery still to come, but had good reference from a friend who used Dr. Quartetti and was extremely satisfied, so trusting to have a similar experience.
He balanced the technical explanations with the personal pros & cons. Gave me everything I needed to know to decide on the next steps. I’m confident in his skills to care for my eyes.
Both my husband and myself go to Fox Valley. Everyone is so friendly and Dr Quartetti explains your problems in a way you can completely understand and he is in no way an alarmist. He avoids surgery unless there are no other options!
Dr. Quartetti is very nice and patient.
