Dr Quartetti is the best! Not only is he an excellent doctor, he has a nice bedside manner. Which is hard to find these days. He did PRK and Lasik eye surgery on my husband 5 years ago, what a miracle! Before surgery-His vision was very poor and had chronic dry eye. Now no glasses and rarely uses drops. We were so lucky to find this intelligent,dedicated eye doctor. Thank you, Jane
