If I could give zero stars, I would. This management company is absolutely terrible. There’s one person named Joe who is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. When you call to ask questions—especially about documents that are confusing—he responds with an attitude like, “It’s all written there, what don’t you understand?” That’s not how you treat people.
