If I could give zero stars, I would. This management company is absolutely terrible. There’s one person named Joe who is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. When you call to ask questions—especially about documents that are confusing—he responds with an attitude like, “It’s all written there, what don’t you understand?” That’s not how you treat people. I have lived at 220 e58th st for 8 years. We had several agents before Quantum Management and none of them compares to incredible job Quantum has done. They changed the way the building looks (much for the better). They also made several improvements to the financials of the building. I would highly recommend them.
Quantum Property Mgmt has really helped turn our building around. Joe is quick, responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful! Stacy, who works with him is also very helpful and provides assistance where needed. They are available 24/7 as needed. We are incredibly grateful for their guidance and I simply can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Quantum for taking amazing care of us always. We appreciate you and your team~!
Quantum management has maintained our Apt and building on Pacific street for many years. The attention to detail. and the response time has been nothing short of excellent. If your building has the same management company I’m sure you enjoy the professionalism displayed by this team. Highly recommend them. Thank you.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I’ve never had anything less than a positive experience dealing with Quantum. Their customer service is bar none, the building has everything I need and more, and any time I’ve needed help, I’ve been treated with the utmost respect. The owners are truly stand up guys, particularly Joe and Tom. Would recommend 10x over.
