They provide excellent services ! Johnson ; one of the technician did my X-ray very precisely ! I made a joke saying if he was practicing as a radiologist in his home country ! Also , the administrative staff are amazing ; a young gentle man - Asian looking Administrative : I forgot his name ( I wish I could remember ; he is amazing ) , took care of my application ; drawing my attention to the details with kindness and guided me through patiently ! Thank you to all of you ! You are amazing !
Unable to get results online. Quantum's app says that an SMS will be sent to patients shortly after imaging is completed. Didn't get this and it was never mention. Quantum apparently doesn't use PocketHealth or similar apps which are much more user friendly.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Jennifer explained my question in a professional and easily understandable manner. Thank you team.
Quick excellent service, the place and clean and staff are very polite and nice
Extremely unprofessional experience. The technician, Sean, was incredibly rude and aggressive. He literally shouted at me when I tried to briefly mention my symptoms for the scan. As a patient following all fasting and full-bladder requirements, I deserve basic respect, not hostility. His "I-owe-him-money" attitude is a disgrace to this medical facility. Avoid this location if you can.
