Mission at Medical apartments are horrible. No hot water , laundry facilities are terrible , fencing all around the property is falling apart , trash everywhere, bad property
Mission at Medical apartments are terrible. Management sucks , place is horrific no grass , trash everywhere , dumpsters over loaded.
Everyone has issues that rents apartments under this company please call your local district and tell them what is happening, also call code compliance and make police reports. Talk to lawyers what this company is doing is illegal city crest has many many code violations and lease violations. Quantum leap needs to get sued by the city and residents
Echoing many others' awful experiences (Belmont Place). Day one, there's a leak, roaches, and a shaky ceiling from how loud the upstairs tenants are. Emergency maintenance shows up, shrugs, and leaves. The next day, they offered me another unit, but by this point, I'm reading other reviews, and I decided I just needed to back out. 🚨 city crest 🚨 has the worst management and office staff! They send no notices or emails to residents about anything! The last 5 months all we got were 2 “newsletters” managers before would be on top of violations and keeping residents in line with keeping the property clean. Constant complaining from everyone is the manager Sabrina is never in office and she doesn’t respond, if she does she ignores any request from residents.
