I am currently a resident at Acadia On the Lake and I see the same management complaints across all the properties under the Quantum umbrella. I really want to like this property,but they make it extremely difficult to do so. In over a year I have seen managers change 4 different times! Maintenance crews are hit-and-miss. Don’t move anywhere underneath this company.
I lived in the Benton apartments. They kept my deposit and reported a debt! Now it shows i owe them money when their office staff was unorganized and failed to properly have my vacate notice. The office staff ignored every email, when i contacted quantum leap nothing happened so now i have the energy to go to small claims court and i suggest no one gets in with this property.
