I Would give zero stars if possible. Quantum Compact heat pump 340 is terrible. Compressor always fails. First one lasted 4 years. Stupid me got it replaced with another one. This one lasted less then 2 years. Now I hear the compressors often fail. Then I was told there is only 1 repairer in the whole of Sydney that can fix it. Had 9 days with no hot water because when they did come out they didn't have one in stock. Had to be delivered from interstate. Then when it arrived because of only 1 repairer in the whole of Sydney t... read more
