The grumpy receptionist is rude, unprofessional, aggressive and dismissive behavior. 02/23/2026 @ 10:20 AM, She yelled at me when I asked a question regarding the surgery schedule. She made me feel like I was a burden. I was being treated poorly and belittled by her.
