I walked into the used car superstore at 3:30, and drove away in a new car at 7:30! I got an awesome deal and excellent coverage! I have had my car for 2 weeks now, and I love it! There was a hiccup in the process of getting my car certified through the dealership, but Mike went over and beyond to help me get the issue fixed! Mike was super helpful throughout the entire process, and has continued to be an excellent point of contact for all of my questions and referrals. I can’t recommend Quality Chrysler enough!
After multiple visits to Quality Chrysler with a single public servant from Greenwood — a loyal customer who has purchased nearly every warranty offered by this dealership — I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Despite investing heavily in these warranties with the expectation of peace of mind, she continues to be hit with additional charges and is constantly met with excuses and recommendations for costly repairs that should already be covered. Quality is very committed to making car buying enjoyable and stress free. If you are looking to buy, there sales people are very helpful. Our sales person Ronnie Bagwell was able to find us just the right truck for our family,we were very pleased w/ the service, going above and beyond to find the perfect truck!!!
