I had the absolute BEST experience at this urgent care thanks to Jay! She has been nothing but amazing from start to finish extremely patient, professional and so informative. I took my friend here last night because she cut her finger open. She has Aetna PPO Medicare and they told her we do not take that insurance. They told us it would be $149 for the visit. We actually thought about that and then I asked how much would it be for the stitches? They said an additional $300. We ended up going somewhere else because It would have cost at least four or five hundred dollars cash at this facility. Absolutely fantastic staff, in and out as quick as can be Jay, Maddie and Tiffany were great. I’ve never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly in my life.
I went here just to have my immunizations transferred from my out of state work records onto my university’s school form. What a complete debacle, it took forever! They grilled me with a hundred questions about why my free PPD was done at work instead of where I had my physical, and why the urgent care that did my physical wouldn’t transfer my records (that urgent care plus 3 others claimed they weren’t authorized).
