All the staff is very friendly and helpful. .They were even kind enough to call me back and let me know that they found a rebate for me making my co-pay free! Their shipping is super fast and has always arrived in perfect condition. I would high recommend them to anyone,
Recently Quality Specialty Pharmacy became my new pharmacy and moved away from the big chains. I really liked their commitment to get me my medicine and stay flexible with my schedule especially with my work schedule being so demanding. The customer service is great and even reminded me of my next refill. I've never had anyone do that before. I appreciate all they do and now have a pharmacy relationship me just as important as my local physician.
You should really compare prices for your medication because this independent pharmacy has the best prices on my medication hands down.
STAY AWAY from this Pharmacy. Recommended by the dermatologist office as a great new pharmacy that delivers to your home by messenger with great personal service - (she was sold on this new service). This turned out to be the worst experience with any pharmacy that I have had in my adult life. It would have been funny if it had not been so painful.
